3k99's Complete Guide to Responsible Gaming
3k99 believes gaming should be fun — not stressful. Our tools and guides are here to help you play safely, in a balanced way, and with full awareness.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online betting and casino games can be a great form of entertainment — but only when you play with awareness and within your limits. At 3k99, we want every player to enjoy their time without financial pressure or mental stress.
Gambling is a risky activity. For some people it can develop into an addiction, which can have a negative impact on family life, financial security, and mental health. 3k99 is aware of this, which is why we provide multiple protection tools and information.
If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, or if you are concerned about someone close to you — the tools and support information on this page will help.
3k99's Protection Tools
All tools available directly in your account — keep your gaming under your own control.
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately, and a 24-hour waiting period applies before it can be increased.
Self-Exclusion
Temporarily or permanently close your own account at any time. During self-exclusion, 3k99 will not send you any promotional communications and logging in will not be possible.
Time-Out
If you need a short break, set a time-out from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period the account remains active, but betting and casino games will be temporarily disabled.
Session Time Reminder
Set a notification for how long you have been playing. When the set time is reached, 3k99 will alert you so you can make a conscious decision to continue or take a break.
Loss Limit
Set a cap on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, your betting will stop automatically.
Transaction & Betting History
View your complete deposit, withdrawal, and betting history at any time. Reviewing your own spending patterns is an important part of responsible gaming.

Signs of Problem Gambling
If you notice any of the following in yourself or someone you know, it is time to seek support.
Repeatedly playing to try to recover lost money, with bet amounts gradually increasing.
Lying to family or friends about how much you play and the outcomes.
Neglecting work, family, or studies because of gaming.
Repeatedly failing despite trying to stop playing.
Borrowing money or spending savings in order to play.
Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when unable to play.
Tips for Safe Gaming
Following these simple rules keeps gaming enjoyable at all times.
- Play for entertainment — not as a source of income. There is no guarantee of winning.
- Set a budget in advance and do not go beyond it.
- Do not play when you are emotionally distressed or after consuming substances.
- Take regular breaks and stay mindful of how much time you are spending on gaming.
- Do not chase losses by placing bigger bets out of frustration — take a break instead.
- Spend time with family and friends — gaming is a small part of life.
- Never place a bigger bet in an attempt to recover money you have already lost.
Protection of Minors
3k99 strictly enforces the 21+ age limit. We have age verification in place at registration and investigate suspicious accounts without delay.
If there are children or teenagers in your home, make sure they cannot access your 3k99 account. Take a few simple steps:
Keep your phone or computer password-locked. Never use the "remember me" option on your account.
Keep your 3k99 account password strong and unique — do not share it with any family member.
