3k99 Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 3k99 platform ("3k99", "we", "our") and any user of this platform ("you", "member"). By using 3k99's website, app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the 3k99 platform.

2 Key Definitions

• Platform: 3k99's website, mobile site, and all associated digital services.
• Member / User: Any person registered on 3k99.
• Account: A member's personal profile and wallet.
• Bonus: Promotional credits or additional funds provided by 3k99.
• Bet / Wager: Participation in a game or casino event with real money.
• Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place a specified amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• BDT / ৳ / Taka: Bangladeshi Taka — the platform's only currency.

3 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on 3k99, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (this platform is for those aged 21 and above only).
• You must register under your own identity — opening an account in someone else's name or with false information is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. 3k99 will never ask you for your password or personal information.

• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is prohibited.
• 3k99 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in cases of false information or suspicious activity.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

3k99 may request identity verification from a member at any time. If the required documents are not provided, withdrawals or other account activities may be temporarily suspended. These activities will be reactivated only once identity verification is successfully completed.

6 Deposit Terms

The following rules apply for depositing funds into 3k99:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳100 by any method.
• Approved Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bangladeshi bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank).
• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• After a deposit, funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.

7 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules must be followed when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500.
• Standard Withdrawal Time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method verified through the KYC process.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds (see section 9 for details).
• 3k99 reserves the right to hold and investigate withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

8 Welcome Bonus

New members at 3k99 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example 1: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳3,000.
• Example 2: If you deposit ৳10,000, you will receive ৳8,000 as the bonus, as per the maximum limit — bringing your total balance to ৳18,000.
• The bonus applies only once on the first deposit.
• To receive the bonus, the member must keep the promotion acceptance option active.
• Bonus funds are calculated separately from the main balance.

9 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. This applies only to the bonus amount — not the actual deposited funds.

• Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 (2,000 × 15) in bets before you can withdraw.
• Not all types of bets count toward the wagering calculation — certain games may contribute less.
• Until the wagering requirement is met, only the original deposit (excluding the bonus portion) can be withdrawn.
• 3k99 reserves the right to change the wagering conditions of any promotion — notice will be given before any change takes effect.

10 Bonus Abuse Policy

Any misuse of the 3k99 bonus system is strictly prohibited. The following activities will be considered misuse:

• Using multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Using bonus funds to attempt to meet wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies.
• Attempting to earn bonuses using false identities or prohibited methods.

If misuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

11 VIP Tiers and Benefits

3k99's VIP program has three tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

You can advance to a higher tier by staying active and placing regular bets. The detailed criteria for determining VIP tiers are set by 3k99 from time to time.

Cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week. Cashback benefits may be subject to the same wagering conditions as bonuses.

12 Right to Modify VIP Benefits

3k99 may at any time change the structure of the VIP program, cashback rates, or benefit conditions. Such changes will take effect after being published on the platform.

13 General Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on 3k99:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The outcome of a bet will be determined according to the rules of the relevant game or sport.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, 3k99 may cancel that bet and return the staked amount.
• If a game or event is cancelled, all associated bets will be treated as void and the staked amount will be returned.

14 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Collusion (engaging in fraudulent strategies with other players).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using another member's information or account.

15 Casino Game Fair Play

All casino games on 3k99 operate using SSL encryption and fair play technology. Game outcomes are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 3k99 ensures equal opportunity for all players as a safe and reliable platform.

16 Responsible Gaming Commitment

3k99 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to resolve financial difficulties. We encourage members to play responsibly.

• Only bet money that you can afford to lose.
• Do not treat gambling as a source of income.

17 Prevention of Access by Minors

• Delays caused by unexpected server maintenance or disruption of third-party services.
• Disclosure of your account information to a third party (where this is due to your own negligence).
• In relation to any expectation a user may have regarding the outcome of a bet.

21 Dispute Resolution Process

If a disagreement arises on any matter, please contact our support team first. 3k99 endeavours to resolve all complaints as quickly and impartially as possible.

• An initial response will be provided within 7 working days of a complaint being submitted.
• In complex cases, additional time may be required for investigation — however, the member will be kept informed.
• If you are dissatisfied with the support team's decision, you may request a review at a higher level.

22 Right to Amend Terms and Conditions

3k99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of any significant change, members will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform. If you continue to use the platform after any change, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions.
